Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale cover subscription pricing, billing, renewals and refunds for the Skoolsewa platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan selected at signup. Invoices are issued electronically and are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.

Fees and changes

Fees are locked for the duration of a subscription term. Any price change for a renewal is communicated at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Refunds

If the service is materially unavailable and not restored within a reasonable period, the school may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period. Details of your plan and entitlements are shown in the admin panel.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are added to invoices where required by law.
