Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Skoolsewa platform. By using the platform, the school and its users agree to these terms.

The service

Skoolsewa provides school management tools — attendance, student records, fees, messaging, timetables, reports and a parent app — as a hosted service. We keep the platform available, secure and up to date, and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

Your responsibilities

The school is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for managing user access and roles, and for using the platform in line with local law. Accounts and passwords must be kept secure.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform: no unauthorised access, no attempts to disrupt the service, no content that is unlawful, and no use that interferes with other schools.

Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches, and we will give the school time to export its data before access ends.
