We collect the information a school provides when setting up and operating its account, and the information students, parents and staff enter while using the platform: names, contact details, attendance records, grades, fee records and messages.

How we use information

Information is used to operate the platform, keep records accurate, send the notifications a school chooses, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use school data for advertising.

Data ownership and portability

Your school owns its data. You can export it at any time and take it with you. We make money when your school succeeds, not from what you put into the platform.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and records are retained only as long as the school needs them or the law requires. Deletion requests are honoured promptly.
